Our Story

Three businesses, one team, and a single goal: the best possible outcome for the people we serve.

Since 2007

It started with a partnership and a principle.

In 2007, Quentin Hyde and Jeff Phillips founded HP Investments, Inc. They came from the lending and real estate worlds, and they'd seen the same problem from both sides: clients were forced to stitch together a separate agent, a separate lender, and later a separate property manager — and the gaps between them cost real time and real money.

So they built the alternative. In 2014 they added HPI Property Management, completing a model where one in-house team handles the entire arc of a property: finding it, financing it, buying or selling it, and managing it afterward.

Today that team operates as HPI Real Estate, serving the entire San Francisco Bay Area from its Rohnert Park office with the highest level of local-market expertise.
