Jeff Phillips

Jeff sums up his job in two words: solving problems. Two decades in, that's still how he approaches every client.

He got his start in wholesale lending in 2001 and brings a USC degree in Business Administration with a focus on real estate development. In 2007 he co-founded HP Investments, Inc. with Quentin Hyde, and in 2014 he established HPI Property Management — building the in-house, three-discipline model that sets HPI apart today.

Because Jeff is licensed in both real estate and mortgage lending, he can do something most brokers can't: reward clients who keep it all under one roof. Clients who use both his financing and real estate services can earn a 1% rebate of up to $7,500 — real money back at closing, simply for letting one team handle the whole move.

When he's not closing deals, Jeff is usually in motion — private piloting, sailboat racing, hiking, and traveling — with a softer side for winemaking and cooking.
