Quentin Hyde

For roughly twenty-five years, Quentin has built a reputation on a simple promise: when you work with HPI, you have direct access to the person who can actually make decisions.

Quentin's career spans mortgage brokerage, commercial leasing, and the kind of complex transactions that intimidate most agents. That breadth is exactly why clients trust him with their largest financial moves. As President and Broker of Record, he doesn't just oversee the brokerage — he stays close to the deals, because he believes the principals should be reachable when it matters most.

He co-founded HP Investments, Inc. in 2007 with Jeff Phillips, and the firm has grown into a full-service team covering real estate, financing, and property management. The values that started it are the same ones that run it today: integrity, honesty, reliability, and relentless hard work.

Outside the office, Quentin serves in the Army Reserves and dedicates time to veterans' charity work — the same sense of duty he brings to every client relationship.
