HPIReal Estate

If you're buying your first home, Sheila is the person you want in your corner — patient, persistent, and known for jumping through hoops to get the job done.
Born and raised in Marin County, Sheila moved to Sonoma County in 1987 and never looked back. She came up through the lending side first, working as a loan processor and officer at Westamerica Bank before earning her real estate license in 1999. In 2004 she bought California Capital Mortgage, became a Realtor in 2007, and joined HPI in 2009.
That dual background — lending and sales — is why first-time buyers gravitate to her. She can explain financing in plain language, match a buyer to the right homes, and stay calm through the rough patches. As more than one client put it, she's a creative problem solver who has carried families through some genuinely difficult transactions and still delivered the best outcome.
When she's not working, you'll find Sheila on the road in her RV with her two dogs.
Sheila has been amazing and helped my family find the perfect home in Santa Rosa. She went above and beyond — and never pressured us.
